Slow Flow 45

GREAT FOR ANY LEVEL!

Duration: 45 Minutes

Temperature: Not heated

Class Info: A practice with a slower pace and a focus on your connection with yourself. Includes soothing music to create a balance between effort, stability, comfort and ease.

What to Expect:

  • Slow sequences focused on inviting ease into your physical body
  • Strengthening poses and juicy stretches
  • Focus on relaxation and restoration through breath
  • A cool lavender towel in Savasana

Happy Power 45

Yin Yoga

A NO IMPACT CLASS!

Duration: 60 Minutes

Temperature: Not Heated

Class Info: Seated poses held for 3-5 minutes designed to target the deep tissues of your body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) and balance the yang in your life and yoga practice.

What to Expect:

  • Deep stretching
  • Deep breathing
  • Relaxation
  • Space to find stillness and silence, in your mind and body
