    Ashley began her yoga journey in 2013. In addition to the physical health benefits yoga gave her, it also provided her with a new mental balance and clarity. Wanting to share this with others, she went on to receive her RYT-200 certification from Gateway Yoga.

    She loves Baptiste yoga because of its consistent flow and methodology that can be applied on and off the mat.

    Matt gave yoga a try in 2018, when it was recommended for his back pain. He soon realized that yoga not only offered pain relief but also a clearer mind and a whole new way of thinking.

     

    Since then, he’s been sharing the practice with friends and family and became certified in 2020.

    Ashton is a RYT 200 specializing in Baptiste Power Yoga with an extension training in Yin Yoga. Her yoga journey began in 2016 as a way to help heal and connect with her mind, body and soul. Ashton’s husband and 2 kids have also been joining her on her yoga journey and they love to practice together. She is looking forward to guiding you along the way in your own yoga journey!

    Alanna has been practicing yoga for many years and began to truly deepen her practice in 2022. This led her to yoga teacher training, where she earned her 200 hour certification. While she loves the physical challenge that yoga presents, the community is her favorite part.

    She loves how the practice offers a mind body connection and opportunities to grow, on and off the mat.

    Lena started yoga in 2019 and loved the way it made her feel supported and connected. Her favorite part is having a community to grow and share her love of yoga with. Lena is a dedicated Christian who loves to spend time with friends and family and outside of the studio you can catch her playing pickle ball or cuddled up with a book.

    Katie began her yoga journey as a student in 2011 and attended a YTT in 2017 while working abroad in Fiji.  She’s been teaching yoga in St.Louis since 2018  at studios and with Veterans at the St. Louis VA Medical Center.
