Yoga 101

Burn

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Duration: 45 Minutes

Class Info: Feel the burn during this express power yoga plus cardio circuit class sequenced to upbeat music! You’ll build strength, enhance your endurance, and have fun.

What to Expect:

  • Quick vinyasa yoga warm-up to get your blood flowing and focus your mind
  • Scalable body weight exercises that target specific muscle groups
  • Two circuit-style AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) for a challenging total body workout
  • Lots of sweat!
  • Rest and restore with a generous cool down of hip openers, hamstring stretches, and twists

Yin Yoga

A NO IMPACT CLASS!

Duration: 60 Minutes

Temperature: Not Heated

Class Info: Seated poses held for 3-5 minutes designed to target the deep tissues of your body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) and balance the yang in your life and yoga practice.

What to Expect:

  • Deep stretching
  • Deep breathing
  • Relaxation
  • Space to find stillness and silence, in your mind and body

Happy Power 45
