Jamie has explored many styles of yoga in the past 20+ years and learned something new from each teacher along her journey. In 2023 she discovered Baptist Yoga and was inspired to complete her 200-hour teacher training through Gateway Yoga in 2024 to form a deeper connection to her practice.
As of September 1, 2024, Jamie is the grateful owner of Gateway Yoga and is excited to incorporate yoga along side her Nutritional Therapy offerings!

Beth practiced yoga for more than 10 years before completing her yoga teacher training in 2018. She tried many different types of yoga before finding her home with the power yoga practice.
In Beth’s classes, students can expect a not-so-serious approach to yoga, along with a seriously great workout and stretch!

After practicing yoga on and off since 2005, Brittnie fell in love with Power and Yin Yoga in 2015. Once she started teaching in 2018, she was hooked!

Brian has been a dedicated yoga student since 2013. He started teaching in 2020 after completing his yoga teacher training at Gateway Yoga.

Ashely started doing yoga in 2013, and found Gateway Yoga when looking for a new “yoga home” to get back into more regular practice. She completed her YTT in 2023.

Matt started practicing yoga in 2018 after it was recommended for his back pain. He took the leap to yoga teacher in 2020, completing his 200-hour YTT at Gateway Yoga.

Since 2015, Ashton has loved how yoga has created more peace in her life. After completing her power yoga and yin yoga teacher training in 2023, she created her own business, OH MAMA.

Alanna first started practicing yoga in 2007 and began to deepen her practice in 2019. In 2023, Alanna started her journey to become a teacher.

Since beginning her yoga practice in 2010, Katie has continued to deepen her love of yoga. She is a RYT200 and is also certified in yoga nidra, iRest, trauma informed yoga, and accessible yoga.
