What should I wear?
- Anything you want to move and sweat in! (Seriously, don’t overthink it!)
What do I get to use at the studio?
- All The Props: Blocks, straps, blankets, roller ball
- Water Bottle Refill Station
What should I bring?
- Yoga Mat (We do have some $5 rental mats available if you forget yours.)
- Water Bottle
- Sweat Towel
- Your (awesome just as you are) self!
Where do I park?
- Our parking lot is right in front of the studio on S Kirkwood Rd.
Is there a shortcut?
- Oh, yes there is! Turn into the Edward Jones building entrance off Big Bend Rd. Go straight through the parking lot, make the first 2 rights and you’ll be in our parking lot!
What if I’m not good at yoga?
- Great news, you can’t lose yoga. In fact, everyone wins! Our team of amazing 200 and 500 HR registered yoga teachers is committed to making every class a fun and powerful experience for everybody (yes, yoga is fun!)! We got you — we’ll offer verbal cues and hands-on assists (if you want them) to help you discover the expression of the poses that works for YOU!
What if I’m late?
- The studio door will be locked 5 minutes after the class start time, with no entry after that time.
