Yin Yoga
A NO IMPACT CLASS!
Duration: 60 Minutes
Temperature: Not Heated
Class Info: Seated poses held for 3-5 minutes designed to target the deep tissues of your body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) and balance the yang in your life and yoga practice.
What to Expect:
- Deep stretching
- Deep breathing
- Relaxation
- Space to find stillness and silence, in your mind and body
